MX CASA is our biggest social event of the year. Our leagues amateur KINGs & QUEENs go head to head to help raise funds for local LGBTQ2S+ non for profits that support our Calgary community. This year, with the help our our CASA Kings & Queens, we raised over $11,000, and have raised over $36,000 all the years of MX CASA. The beloved Queen Karla Marx hosted this years MX CASA! Karla Marx, Calgary’s Most Naked Drag Queen, has the eye of the tiger and the mouth of a teamster! Karla is the mother of the Marx Werk Ware Haus, a board member of Cabaret Calgary, and performs drag, burlesque, and stand up comedy across Canada. She recently performed at the Hollywood Burlesque Festival, and just finished a tour of the UK and France.
